Nicky Halloway, 21 years old, was surprised when she found a cigarette in her son´s
Happy Meal. Immediately she brought the unsmoked cigarette to the manager.
He offered her another meal or a refund. A spokesman for the fast food chain apologized to her and offered some more gifts and free meals.Nicky Holloway, however, rejects the offer. She claims she heard a McDonald´s worker saying to a colleague "leave me a fag" as she waited for her son´s Happy Meal. Now she wants "more to be done about it" and has plans to sue McDonald´s.

I'm not real sure what the "leave me a fag" thing has to do with the cig in the bag. Is that another word for cigarette? And if so, what does that have to do with her happy meal, or how it got into the bag?
As unfortunate as it is for this to happen, when did we become a nation that has to sue someone in court rather than to just forgive and know that sometimes mistakes happen? As Jesus said, "Any of you who have not sinned can throw the first stone." `
Apparently, someone is looking for a quick buck at someone elses expense. Frivolous lawsuits are tying up the courts and making lawyers rich.
